Chetna Bedi is a technology and business transformation executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across financial services and management consulting. Her career spans enterprise transformation, digital and AI strategy, commercial growth, operating model design and M&A integration, with senior roles across NRI Group, Oracle, Marsh, Mercer, EY and Accenture.

Chetna has led complex transformation portfolios, managed large regional and global teams, and advised senior executives on technology-enabled growth, regulatory change and enterprise modernisation. She has a particular interest in the practical application of AI, data and digital technologies to improve decision-making, customer outcomes and organisational performance.

As a Director of MBA Australasia, Chetna contributes to strategy, governance, digital transformation and member value, with a focus on strengthening MBAus as a national platform connecting MBA-qualified professionals, business schools and industry. She brings a combination of commercial discipline, technology leadership and governance experience to the Board.

Chetna holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from RMIT University. She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed the MIT Sloan Executive Program in AI and its implications for business strategy.
