Claire Omodei is a governance and strategy professional with extensive experience in the mining sector, where she has led studies, approvals, operational readiness, and enterprise integration across complex portfolios. She is recognised for her structured judgement, disciplined approach to decision quality, and ability to translate complex strategic issues into clear, actionable pathways for senior leaders and boards.

Claire has held board and committee roles across education, community, and sport, including serving a four‑year term as President of the Graduate Management Association of UWA. She is currently a Director of MBA Australasia and brings a strong commitment to values‑based leadership, capability development, and strengthening governance maturity across diverse organisations and regions.

She holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and qualifications in change management, supported by international experience across Asia and emerging markets.
